Drug smugglers in Cologne-Deutz: Police hold man with a sports bag!

In Cologne-Deutz, the police arrested a 48-year-old man on Wednesday afternoon, who was traveling in a taxi with a sports bag full of drugs. The officials stopped the vehicle at the Siegburger Straße / Teutonenstrasse intersection around 4 p.m. The suspect who was sitting in the front passenger seat was to have drugs with him and got the bag out of the taxi.

When the subsequent search of his apartment, the investigators found additional suspected amphetamine. The investigation is still underway.
