Influence of drugs and alcohol: Police grabs two speeders in Zweibrücken!

On Thursday evening, May 8, 2025, the police in Zweibrücken took two drivers out of traffic at traffic controls. At 8:35 p.m., a 33-year-old driver of a VW Bora was stopped in the Stuppacherweg because he showed signs of a drug. A blood sample was arranged to check the suspicion.

Shortly afterwards, at 9:15 p.m., the police caught the 31-year-old driver of a Dacia Duster on Kreisstraße 15 near Rieschweiler. The man was obviously under the influence of alcohol - a breath alcohol test showed alarming 0.64 per thousand. Against both men were initiated by administrative offenses.
