Ritterkamp, Bremen-Vegesack, Deutschland - A 22-year-old driver was stopped by the police in Bremen-Vegesack on Sunday evening-and that's not all! The young man was not only under the influence of drugs, but also without a driver's license. At around 10:40 p.m., a gray Volkswagen Polo crew noticed that raced towards the vegesack at an excessive speed, despite the clear holding signals.
Finally, the driver stopped Ritterkamp and climbed out of the vehicle without resistance. During the inspection, he had to admit, not to have a driver's license and have previously consumed cannabis.
