In the night from May 4th to May 5th, an unknown perpetrator scouted an ice automatic machine in Kirchstrasse in Diemelsee-Heringhausen. Between 11:58 p.m. and 00:05 a.m., the machine was violently broken up with an object. Surprisingly, the perpetrator decided without escaping prey, possibly disturbed by unforeseen circumstances.

The police report that the brutal assault caused property damage of around 3000 euros. The questionable action of the perpetrator can be clearly seen on a surveillance video. The investigation is ongoing, but the perpetrator has so far remained at the open foot.
