Driving under the influence of alcohol: Audi drivers threatened in Gotha with an accident!

In a shocking traffic accident in the early afternoon on the street "Trieselsrand", a 53-year-old Audi driver got into a critical situation. While she switched to the left turn in the intersection to Langewiesen Straße, a 43-year-old Skoda driver was able to react too late and crashed into the Audi with full force. The accident caused considerable property damage of around 8,000 euros, but fortunately everyone involved was unharmed.

But the surprise only came afterwards: A breath alcohol test carried out showed an alarming value of around 1.8 per thousand with the Skoda driver! The police reacted immediately, ordered a blood sample and secured the woman's driver's license. An investigation was initiated that will now examine the consequences for the driver.
