Driver flee in Georgsmarienhütte: Police are looking for witnesses for an accident!

In a shocking incident in Alt-Georgsmarienhütte, an accident followed on Sunday evening with a subsequent escape! At around 6:35 p.m., an unknown driver raced with his vehicle on the upper founding area and touched a parked gray VW Passat while driving past. The exterior mirrors of both cars were badly damaged - but the driver did not take care of the accident and simply continued his journey!

An important indication, however, remained at the scene: a striking exterior mirror cover of a silver VW Golf or VW Touran, which had already been repaired with adhesive tape. The police have secured the damaged part and is now looking for witnesses to the incident. Anyone who has seen the accident or can give information about the fleeting vehicle is urgently asked to report!
