During the night of Thursday, police officers discovered a spectacular vehicle fire in Fischerstraße during a patrol trip. Shortly before 2 a.m., a parked VW Passat visibly blows the fire under the bonnet. The police reacted immediately and alerted the fire brigade, which was quickly on hand to extinguish the flames.

Fortunately, there were no injuries. However, the VW Passat burned considerably, and a Hyundai parked next door was also damaged by the flames. The exact cause of the fire has so far been unclear and is examined by the investigators.
