False craftsmen clear away cash from senior citizen - this was how the trick happened!

On Monday afternoon, March 31, unknown perpetrators cheated an elderly lady in southern Hesse by several hundred euros. The criminals, which exposed themselves as craftsmen, gained access to the senior citizen under the pretext of having to check a water pipe fracture. Only after the fraudsters had fled, did the lady notice the loss of their cash.

A description of a perpetrator is available: it is said to have been between 45 and 50 years old, about 1.60 meters tall and of strong stature. He also wore a cap. The police ask for information on this incident.
