False heating readers attack pensioners in Winzenheim!

On Tuesday, January 28, 2025, an older couple in Winzenheim experienced a shocking attack when two false heating readers entered their apartment. Around 1:30 p.m. the men rang the doorbell and gave way to the unsuspecting couple that they had to read the radiators. As soon as the couple was warned, the two perpetrators penetrated the apartment and overwhelmed the pensioners.

unnoticed, the thieves searched cupboards and drawers to make valuable prey. They stole cash and jewelry worth several thousand euros. After completing their criminal act, the unscrupulous men fled in an unknown direction. The police describe the two men: one was slim and about 180 cm tall with a three-day beard, the other strong and about 165 cm tall, dressed with a black, shiny jacket.
