On Friday evening at 8:30 p.m., several cars near the sports field “In der Au” in Ammerbuch-Pfäffingen were damaged. A 59-year-old man could be observed how he ignited a fireworks and damaged the vehicles. An attentive witness informed the police about the incident.

The perpetrator was found by the police at the crime scene and temporarily arrested. According to the necessary measures, however, it was released. The damage caused by the vehicles has so far amounted to around 5,000 euros. The further investigations are carried out by the local police station Ammerbuch.
