Dangerous overtaking maneuvers: truck threatens to tip over on B7! Witnesses wanted!
Bundesstraße 7, 99428 Weimar, Deutschland - On Saturday morning there was a dangerous traffic incident on Bundesstraße 7 between Umferstedt and Frankendorf. A Polish tractor -trailer was in the direction of Frankendorf when two unknown cars came towards him. Despite oncoming traffic, one of the cars was careful and tried to overtake the truck. The truck driver could only prevent a collision through a quick evasive maneuver to the right into a dirt road entrance.
Fortunately, no one was injured in this dramatic incident. But the saddle winner lost the balance and then got into the ditch where it threatened to tip over. In order to recover the tractor, a towing service with heavy technology and a crane had to move. The B7 remained completely closed during the approximately one -hour rescue work. The Weimar police have started the investigation and urgently searches for witnesses who can provide information about the vehicles involved or the incident.| Details | |
