Herrmann-Liebmann-Brücke, Deutschland - yesterday, around 2:15 p.m., the federal police were alerted when a driver discovered two people who were there to spray a graffiti on the Herrmann Liebmann Bridge. When the police arrived, the strangers were still in the middle of the spray and tried to flee when they saw the officials. But the escape lasted only briefly - both sprayers were caught after a few meters.
