In a frightening night in Stuttgart, a 25-year-old man was temporarily arrested after harassing a 28-year-old woman and her 29-year-old companion on Wildunger Strasse. The incident occurred at around 00:45 when the suspect addressed the two. When they ignored him, he showed himself in an extremely outrageous way and manipulated on his genital part.
