Handbag robbery in Marzahn: Senior woman brutally attacked!

In a shocking incident in Marzahn, a 79-year-old senior citizen experienced a brutal handbag robbery around 5:15 p.m. While she was walking through the Kienberg Park, two unknown young people approached them. Suddenly one of the perpetrators asked for the handbag to be handed over and when the senior citizen refused, he tore her property and brutally stepped her into a bush.

The senior suffered injuries to arm and leg, but did not need medical treatment. The robbers fled their bags in an unknown direction while the police have already taken over the investigation. A specialist commissioner of Police Directorate 3 (East) is now investigating the incident.
