Young examination in Frankfurt: pepper spray & pepper pistol in use!

On Friday afternoon, April 4, 2025, there was a dangerous incident between two young people on Eschersheimer Landstrasse on the corner of Grüneburgweg. Around 4:45 p.m., a police officer watched privately on the street, like one of the 14-year-old pepper spray against his opponent. In response, the other young person pulled a pepper gun and pointed it to him. Whether it was actually shot is currently unclear and remains part of the investigation.

The alleged perpetrator with the pepper pistol was persecuted by the police officer and finally arrested while his accomplice fled towards Grüneburgweg. Despite an immediate search in the near area, the fleeting young person could no longer be caught. The police secured the pepper pistol to prevent further dangers.
