Young thief arrested: Senior stolen in Stuttgart's underground car park!

On Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025, police officers in Stuttgart arrested a 20-year-old man who is urgently suspected of having stiled an 81-year-old senior. The senior had withdrawn cash in an underground car park on Sankt-Pöltener-Straße the day before and then went to a nearby shopping center. There the young man is said to have persecuted the senior and stole his wallet in the underground car park.

When the police were alerted, the officials could not directly hold the alleged thief, but they found a 19-year-old woman who also begged and was temporarily arrested for multiple theft offenses. The 20-year-old himself appeared on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at the Kärntner Strasse police station, where he was finally arrested. A day later, on April 21, he was shown to a judge who issued an arrest warrant and in the way he was able to incorporate him into a correctional facility.
