Young pedestrians slightly injured in the crosswalk accident!

On Tuesday morning, an accident occurred on Heerstrasse when a 12-year-old boy was hit by a VW Golf while crossing a crosswalks. The incident happened at around 07:45 in the amount of house number 109 when the boy wanted to go to the Droste-Hülshoff-Gymnasium. The 43-year-old driver could not brake in time and met the boy with the front bumper.

The impact made the boys fall onto the road, but fortunately it was only slightly injured. There was no damage to the driver's vehicle. The police have taken up the incident and continued.
