Cable theft in the metropolitan park: Police are urgently looking for witnesses!

Vechtaer Straße, 26197 Großenkneten, Deutschland - In Grossenkneten-Ahnhorn, an attempted cable theft caused massive damage to around 100,000 euros. Unknown perpetrators penetrated the area of the metropolitan park between 2nd and 3rd April 2025, opened a transformer of the solar park and damaged important circuits. While they cut three cable strands and made it available for the removal, the theft ultimately failed to materialize.
