In the Märkische Kreis-Region, there were two dramatic incidents that keep the police busy. Between January 29 and February 1, a basement on Hardtstrasse was transformed into a real looting. Unknowns broke into the joint basement of an apartment building and steal valuable objects such as a music system and cutlery. A padlock could not stop the perpetrators. The criminal police have started the investigation and asks for information from the population.

On Wednesday afternoon, a shop on Hagener Strasse became the scene of a brazen fraud. An approximately 40-year-old woman with probably Eastern European background stood out 100 euros by pretending to buy hair gel. With a 200 euro certificate, she received both the gel and the change, but later returned everything to the gel to finally get the 200 euro certificate back-but while maintaining 100 euros in change. The police are now looking for the perpetrator, who is about 1.60 m tall and slim, as well as with a black jacket and a hat. Notes are urgently desired!
