Small boy found safely after hours of search!

After a dramatic use of over six hours, a missing two and a half year old boy was found in Lower water. Around 100 helpers of the surrounding fire brigades, 20 volunteers from the DRK and numerous emergency services from the police and mountain rescue service combed a forest area of around 2.5 km². The crucial hint came from a tenant who discovered the child on a wild camera.

Shortly before 11 p.m., a police helicopter discovered the boy about 1.2 km from his place of residence. Fortunately, the little one was good and could be handed over to his overjoyed parents. All almost 500 helpers who were committed to rescue were satisfied at night.
