Copper thieves strike several times - police asks for clues!

Grünstraße, Schwerte, Deutschland - Schwerte is the destination of brazen copper thieves! On Monday and Tuesday of this week, strangers struck several times and stole precious copper in several streets in the city.

The first raid took place on the Grünstraße, where the perpetrators removed a 1.5 m long section of a rain gutter between 00:30 and 6:00 a.m. But that's not all: On the Eschenweg, the victims had to accept two more thefts between Monday and Tuesday. Here the thieves took a 1.5 m long copper pipe from a house wall and an additional 50 cm long tube from another building. The police are investigating and warning residents to be vigilant!
