Metal thieves on the run: Who knows this white sprinter?

in Nordstenmen, on March 19, 2025, a brazen theft of waste metal was committed. Around 11:30 a.m. at least two unknown perpetrators with a larger amount of metal from a private property in Bahnhofsstrasse, near the L460. They invited their thiefs into a white Mercedes sprinter and fled towards Sarstedt. The estimated damage amounts to around 1,500 euros.

A surveillance video documented the act, but the license plate of the vehicle remained illegible. The Sarstedt police are now asking for evidence of witnesses who have made suspicious observations at the time of the crime or who can provide information about the license plate of the fleeting sprinter.
