An incident in Walburger Strasse in Witzenhausen was particularly striking, where unknown two street lamps were deliberately damaged - the damage amounts to 1,000 euros. In addition, a gray BMW IX was scratched in a parking lot at the Aral petrol station, which caused damage of 500 euros. Both acts occurred between Wednesday and Thursday, the police are looking for witnesses.

Also alarming was a traffic accident in Witzenhausen, in which a 36-year-old crashed into a traffic sign with his vehicle and caused 4,000 euros in damage. The cause was the dazzling sun that distracted him. Another driver caused a rear -end collision on the B 27, with two vehicles collided with 1,500 euros each. At the same time, a 33-year-old driver in Witzenhausen was tested positively for THC during a check, which results in an investigation into driving under drugs. The police asks the population for supporting these incidents.
