On Wednesday, March 5, 2025, the police in Stuttgart arrested a 46-year-old man on suspicion of drug trafficking. The officials were on the road in the building due to other investigations when they saw the suspect going into the basement. There they noticed strong marijuana hungry and observed how he apparently tried to hide two marijuana plants.

During the search, the police discovered a cannabis growing system with 20 plants and several drugs, including crystal meth, ecstasy tablets and over 100 grams of amphetamine. They also found gold and silver worth several thousand euros and around 20,000 euros in cash. When he was arrested, the man resisted and tried to flee. He was brought before a judge on Thursday and was instructed to a correctional facility. His 65-year-old roommate was released after completing the measures.
