Serious motorcycle accident on B54: 22-year-old with helicopter to the hospital

On Friday afternoon, April 4, 2025, a serious traffic accident occurred on the B54 near Aarbergen-Michelbach. A 22-year-old motorcyclist from Wiesbaden lost control of his Honda in a right-hand bend and got on the oncoming lane, where he collided with an oncoming tractorive. The motorcyclist was seriously injured and had to be transported to a clinic with a rescue helicopter.

The accident site was completely closed for about four and a half hours, while the police carried out the accident recording and cleaned the road. The property damage amounts to around 25,000 euros.
