On April 24, 2025, a serious traffic accident occurred at around 4:20 p.m. in the Clausdorfer roundabout. A 56-year-old truck driver from Lithuania overlooked a motorcyclist who is entitled to right when entering the roundabout and came to a serious collision. The 60-year-old motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and had to be brought to the Rostock University Hospital for treatment.

The L12 was closed to traffic for a short time. While the motorcycle was claimed as total damage, the truck remained only slightly damaged. The police are now examining the exact circumstances of the accident.
