Serious accident on L299: Three injured at Krähsiefen-Kollision

On Thursday, May 15th, around 12 p.m. on the L299 near Krähsiefen, a serious traffic accident. A 39-year-old from Rösrath lost control of his BMW and collided head-on with a Ford that was directed by a 23-year-old Lindlarer. At the crash, the Ford driver, his 56-year-old passenger and the BMW driver were seriously injured and brought to nearby hospitals.

The vehicles were damaged so much that they were no longer ready to drive. The Ford was towed while the BMW was secured by the police. The property damage amounts to a six -figure amount. The L299 remains completely closed in the accident site, while the investigation into the cause of the accident is running.
