Temporary traffic monitoring: Police raise the alarm in Schleswig-Holstein!
Schleswig-Holstein, Deutschland - The state police Schleswig-Holstein will start an intensive program for monitoring speed and aggressive driving behavior in road traffic next week. From April 7th to 13th, 2025, traffic controls will be carried out in critical areas, including streets in front of schools, kindergartens, and hospitals. The police use video vehicles as well as mobile and inpatient speed measurements to specifically record rapid racers and dangerous urban.
The measures aim to reduce accidents due to excessive speed and aggressive behavior. According to police spokesman Schneider, it is essential to improve the security situation in road traffic, since inappropriate speeds often influence the consequences of accidents drastically. One of the main causes of serious traffic accidents represents aggressive behavior such as dense opening and risky overtaking.
