Raid in Trier: Man on stairs in front of basilica attacked by perpetrators!

Basilika, Trier, Deutschland - A cruel robbery shakes Trier! On Thursday, March 20, around 3:30 p.m., a man was brutally attacked by two unknown perpetrators on the steps between the imposing basilica and the idyllic palace garden. One of the attackers started hard on him and tore him to the ground. While a terrible scramble broke out, the criminals finally fled towards the palace garden after they had only stolen a valuable wristwatch - a ridiculous amount in the low double -digit range! The attack led to minor injuries to the victim's elbow.

The perpetrators were described as male, with the Mediterranean appearance, about 1.70 to 1.80 meters tall, slim with short, dark hair and in black. The Trier police are now urgently looking for witnesses who can provide information on this brazen attack.
