Unknowns damage traffic lights in Heiligenstadt - police are looking for witnesses!

On April 20, 2025, a pedestrian traffic light in Heiligenstadt, on Dingelstädter Strasse next to the Total petrol station, was deliberately damaged. Around 3:00 p.m., the police found that unknown perpetrators had crushed the button to switch the traffic light, which had to be taken out of operation. The exact amount of damage remains unclear. Investigations are already underway to find the polluters and to hold them into account.
