Schlierbacher Landstraße, 69118 Heidelberg, Deutschland - On Saturday there was an accident on Schlierbacher Landstrasse, which involves a 62-year-old cyclist. The 20-year-old driver of a Citroen parked her car, suddenly opened the door and overlooked the approaching cyclist. The man tried to avoid, but grazed the door and fell. Fortunately, he only suffered minor injuries that did not require hospital treatment.

The collision caused property damage of around 1,200 euros. The door of the vehicle was deformed so much by the impact that it could no longer be closed. The citroen therefore had to be towed. The Heidelberg-Mitte police have taken over the investigation into the incident.
