Accident in Osterstedt: 17-year-old loses control and collides with tree

On April 29, 2025, a serious traffic accident occurred on the Triangel street in Osterstedt around 4:25 p.m. A 17-year-old driver of a light skating bike was injured when he tried to avoid an agricultural team consisting of a Fendt tractor and a strikingly wide growing device. The tractor took up a lot of space on the narrow street that the young cyclist had to avoid on the green strip. He lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree on the edge of the road.

The tractor driver continued his journey undeterred without stopping or offering help. The police in Rendsburg are now investigating and is urgently looking for witnesses who have more information about the incident.
