Suspicious man on women's toilet: police warn for caution!

At the University of Duisburg-Essen, alarm mood is after several incidents in the women's toilets. At the beginning of January, the police received reports of two incidents in which women were observed by an unknown man. Last weekend, witnesses again reported a suspect who apparently was on the toilet.

Another young woman turned to the police on January 8 and reported that she was also observed by a stranger on October 21 of last year. It is currently being determined whether it is a single perpetrator or more. The criminal police ask the population for help and calls on to report suspicious observations immediately.
