Traffic chaos in Vechta: escape escape and several injuries on Friday!
On Friday, April 4, 2025, several incidents occurred in Vechta that the police put on alert. At 3:55 p.m., the driver of a silver-red platform car fled after a traffic accident, in which a piece of wood crashed into an oncoming smart. Despite short -term stopping, the perpetrators continued their journey. The police are now looking for witnesses on 04441/9430.
In addition, around 4:20 p.m. in Damme-Ihlendorf there was a rear-end collision in which a 39-year-old woman was injured. The collision happened when a 29-year-old rose on the car in front despite braking. At 5:10 p.m., five people suffered minor injuries to an ancestor injury in Vechta when a 34-year-old disregarded the right of way of another vehicle. A 12-year-old cyclist was also slightly injured on the same day when a car wanted to run it over in the roundabout.
