A 24-year-old Duisburg is targeted by the police after being said to have consumed laughter gas in Duisburg-Walsum on Saturday, March 15, 2025, in Duisburg-Walsum while driving. At 1:18 p.m., an attentive witness noticed that the driver overtook countless cars at a rapid speed and got into the opposite lane. The witness immediately alerted the police.
