Traffic accident in Stralsund: Both drivers suspected!

On Monday, January 27, 2025, a traffic accident occurred at around 3:00 p.m. in the Franconian suburb of Stralsund, which was initially regarded as a possible right of way. A 69-year-old Mercedes driver from Gentzkowstrasse wanted to turn into Karl-Marx-Straße and disregarded the right of way of a 43-year-old e-scooter user. The collision injured the e-scooter driver slightly.

In the investigation, it turned out that the 43-year-old may also have been under the influence of medication or drugs, which could affect its traffic. As a result, a blood sample was taken from him. The police have initiated two investigations against both.
