Missing driver: VW Passat on the ring road victim of a hit-and-run!

Ringstraße 37a, 48480 Spelle, Deutschland - On April 30th, between 16.40 and 4.48 p.m. there was an accident on the ring road in Spelle, when a gray VW Passat, which was parked at house number 37a, was presumably damaged when parked or peeled off. The unknown driver, who is responsible for the damage, continued his journey without taking care of the consequences.
