Vienenburg: Unknown steal plates from the honorary monument - references wanted!

In a shocking incident in Vienenburg, Goslar, unknown perpetrators have removed two difficult metal plates from a cenotaph between April 13 and 15, 2025. The plates that have a cross and historical year were apparently violently demolished and stolen. The police are now investigating and so far it has not been able to quantify any precise damage.

The authorities ask the population for help. Anyone who has made suspicious observations between Sunday evening and Tuesday morning is urgently asked to contact the Vienenburg police station on 05324/787490.
