On Tuesday morning, a collision between two cars occurred at the Albert-Schweitzer-Straße/Eichendorffstrasse intersection. A 49-year-old VW driver was traveling around 7:45 a.m. with his gray van on Eichendorffstraße towards the city center. He apparently disregarded the right of 24-year-old Audi driver who came from the right and intended to turn left into the B 291.

The police have started the investigation into the course of the accident. No further details about injured or traffic disruptions are known.
