Two vandals in Refrath: car drainage under observation!

In the night of Sunday, shortly after midnight, witnesses observed two men who threw in the side window of a VW car in a parking lot in the stone break in Refrath with a traffic sign. The car was affected with a running alarm system. When the men were noticed, one of them fled, while the other was pursued by one witness and a little later was arrested by the police.

The car concerned was secured and removed by the towing company. The property damage incurred amounts to around 400 euros. The police are now investigating in this case.
