Traffic chaos in Potsdam: where traffic jams now form!

In Potsdam and the surrounding area there are currently massive traffic problems! Construction sites and unforeseen accidents ensure strong traffic jams on the main traffic routes. The A115, A9 and B273 as well as the Nuthschnellstraße (L40) are particularly affected. The classic staunch points such as Potsdamer Straße and the long bridge experience over average waiting times. The traffic situation shows that it is much slower in the meantime than usual.

The MAZ-BACHELDER serves for a precise overview, which works in cooperation with the "TomTom" service. With the help of GPS data and sensors, the current traffic jams are updated every five minutes in order to inform the drivers as best as possible. Traffic observations show that commuters have to be careful on the A10 and A115 motorways, while the B1 and B2, which meander through the city, are also overloaded. In order to ensure safety in road traffic, it is pointed out to always be considerate of other road users.
