SSV Reutlingen saves point: Strehm celebrates successful start!

After the footballers of SSV Reutlingen were confronted with a catastrophic start to the game against FV Ravensburg, they scored a 1-1 draw in the 87th minute thanks to a late hit by Jonas Meiser. Due to a missed back pass from Luca Meixner, Ravensburg took the lead after three minutes when Philipp Kirsam easily pushed in. Despite the initial problems, Reutlingen fought into play, but the offensive initially remained harmless.

After the half -time break, the fighting spirit of the Reutlinger continued, but only sparsely some goal finishes came about. It was only when Joker Tom Ruzicka could have taken a chance that the necessary bit of luck was missing - his tight shot went past the post. Shortly afterwards, SSV keeper Marcel Binanzer saved with an outstanding reflex. With his precise shot from 25 meters, Jonas Meiser finally equalized the deserved compensation, an important point for coach Alexander Strehmel in his first game.
