Gillbachbahn enthusiastic: 7000 passengers in just seven months!

Last Sunday, the Gillbachbahn drove its rails for the last time this year. She was able to set an impressive record: Around 7,000 passengers have been transported in the past seven months - a sign of the great popularity of the railway. The new press spokesman for the Feldbahn Museum, Jens Gleitsmann, was enthusiastic about the numbers: "On average, the train promoted about a thousand people every first Sunday of the month," said Gleitmann.

The weekly trips from May to October have impressively showed how much the population appreciates the trips with the Gillbachbahn. According to Gleitsmann, the high number of visitors demonstrate the importance of the offer for the location.
