Culinary discovery: Wesseling S Best Hospital Cafeteria!

The cafeteria of the Trinity Hospital Wesseling attracts numerous guests every day who look forward to inexpensive and delicious food. Klaus Beier (65) and Josef Heins (83) are enthusiastic regular customers and appreciate the varied cuisine, which is under the direction of chef Benjamin Krohn. "The food here is good, plentiful and cheap," explains Beier. The lunch dishes such as schnitzel and the impressive salad buffet are particularly popular, which, according to the guests, is fresh and tasty every day.

chef Krohn, who has been heading the kitchen for six years, prepares around 450 main courts for patients, employees and external visitors every day. The fresh ingredients are obtained directly from the Lower Rhine. In addition to the regular dishes, seasonal dishes and special actions such as the "Waffle Friday" are also very well received. The cafeteria opens from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on weekends from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., whereby the warm lunch is served between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The price-performance ratio is rated with five wooden spoons, which makes the corner a popular meeting place for many, also for those who even arrive from Brühl to enjoy the delicacies offered.
