Serious accident in Kerpen-Türnich: 30-year-old fights for his life!

On Monday evening, October 28th, a serious accident occurred on the L163 in Kerpen-Türnich, in which a 30-year-old man suffered serious injuries. The first aiders hurried to help and saved the injured from the wreck before the rescue workers arrived. The fire brigade under the direction of Marc Merzenich secured the scene of the accident and supported the emergency services. The man was then brought to the university clinic.

The police have already investigated the cause of the accident. According to initial information, the driver came from Türnich towards Horrem when he came off the road and crashed into a tree. The police discovered several utensils in the vehicle, including a laugh gas bottle, the connection of which is still being examined with the accident.
