An unknown cyclist approached the young woman, reached into her unlocked handbag and stole her mobile phone. The thief fled towards Palatinate Ring at a great speed before the woman could react. The description of the perpetrator states that it is an approximately 30-year-old man with African-American appearance who has a slim body stature and black short hair. At the time of the crime, he wore a jacket with a white base color and dark blue jeans.
