Attention, drivers! Mobile phone and belt violation discovered during control

In the course of the Europe -wide campaign "Distraction in Road Traffic", the Neustadt police carried out a targeted control in Branchweilerhofstrasse on Monday, October 7th, 2024. The result: Four drivers had to answer because they used their mobile phone while driving - a clear violation of the traffic rules!

In addition, three other road users did not escape the civil servants: they were on the move without the mandatory seat belt. These measures should not only increase the safety in road traffic, but also sharpen the sensitization of the drivers for distractions in road traffic.
