The e-scooter reached a rapid speed of up to 35 km/h-without the driver owning a corresponding driver's license! Even worse: the attached insurance badge was stolen and belonged to another scooter.

The police also took a blood sample from the man because he was under the influence of cannabis. The e-scooter and the unlawful insurance badge were immediately secured. Now the driver is not only held responsible in criminal proceedings, but also in an administrative offense procedure. The driver's license office is also informed about this scandalous incident.
