on September 24, 2024, around 4:50 p.m., a concerned citizen alerted the Neustadt police over a driver who drove from BAB 65 to the Neustadt Nord junction into the Branchweilerhofstrasse. The officers were finally able to stop the woman on Schlachthofstrasse, where alcohol smell was immediately found.

A breath alcohol test resulted in questionable 1.65 per thousand. The police immediately stopped driving, secured the woman's driver's license and prompted a blood sample. Such risky driving maneuvers are not only a danger for the driver himself, but also for the safety of other road users.
