In the early morning of yesterday of the day, an 18-year-old driver of an e-scooter in Rheingönheimer Strasse was checked by the police. The surprising discovery: the flashing scooter was missing the essential insurance license plate! An investigation against the young driver was immediately initiated and the e-scooter was secured.
